The lawyer Alessia Di Cerbo graduated in Law at La Sapienza University of Rome in 2003, with a thesis on “The right of defence in the light of the Due Process”.

After the degree, she carried out legal traineeship in Rome and in 2003 she won the competition announcement for admission to the “Graduate School for the Legal Professions” at La Sapienza University of Rome.

She attended this School for two years, and in 2005 she obtained the specialization diploma.

She is a member of the Roman Bar since 2006.

She joined the d’Orsi Firm in 2011. Here she has acquired experience in the litigation and management of extra-judicial practices with reference to the field of the law of transport and navigation.

Her professional activities also concern banking law and litigation, medical and professional malpractice liability.

She has recently completed the Advance Training Course on Responsibility in Healthcare.
